What is Somethings From Nothings?+
SFN is the business-building platform for artists who work with reclaimed, repurposed, and salvaged materials. You build one product page with the story only you can tell, share it everywhere, and keep selling on your own shops.
Is SFN a marketplace?+
No. SFN is deliberately not a marketplace. We don't process payments, hold funds, handle shipping, or take commissions. Artists keep their own shops, their own customers, and their own sales.
What is a Transformation Record?+
Every creation on SFN carries a Transformation Record: what it was, what the artist did, and what it became — with the artist's own sustainability claims, explained in their own words. The story is the product.
Where do buyers actually buy my work?+
Buyers buy from you, on your own channels. You link your Etsy, Shopify, Square, Stripe, or any checkout you use, and SFN sends buyers there. SFN never processes payments or takes a cut of your sales.
How does distribution work?+
SFN prepares your work for new channels — including partner channels like OtterList — using what you already told us. You approve everything before it goes anywhere.
How much does it cost?+
Free to join. Free includes your artist page and up to five creations, with human review included. Pro lifts limits and adds promotion tools and early channel access. Pro never buys better reviews or verification.
